Change Details ANZ will be performing system maintenance on ANZ Fileactive services which will result in an outage.
During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive API's, and Fileactive API's will also be unavailable.

Change Details ANZ will be undertaking a change to our systems that will impact the availability of a number of digital services. The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
ANZ Transactive - Global users will be unable to logon and perform any banking services during the maintenance window. All payment processing via ANZ Fileactive services will be unavailable. Payments created during this period will be held and released following the completion of the maintenance activity.

Incident Details Due to an issue in processing the End of Day Balance and Transaction reporting, some customers may experience delays in receiving the Balance and Transaction Reporting in ANZ Fileactive. Change Details
ANZ will be performing system maintenance on core system services, which will result in an outage.
During which following services will be impacted:
ANZ Transactive Global ANZ Transactive - Global customer will be able to login. However, menu options such as Operating Account, Loans, Commercial Cards and Self-Service requests will not be available.
Real-time balance and transaction reporting, including intraday reporting will be unavailable. All payments including Osko will be warehoused and will be processed after the outage period.
ANZ Fileactive ANZ Fileactive customers will experience delays in file processing and in receiving reply files. Real-time balance and transaction reporting will not be available.
Inward payments will continue to settle. However, funds will only be made available to customers after maintenance.

Please be advised the impacted end of day sweeps have been reviewed by technology teams and a small number of failed transactions will be processed to correct the positions as at 1 April 2026. The processing will be completed before the end of day today (2 April 2026). Once this processing is complete, we will provide a status update.

Incident Details Due to an processing issue overnight, which has resulted in a failure to process the Liqudity Management Sweeps for Hong Kong. Customer may observe incorrect balances in some accounts as a result of the issue Technology teams are currently assessing the incident and operations teams have been engaged to assist with remedation activites.
