We note the delay is also impacting New Zealand account reporting on ANZ Cashactive Fusion services.
The Balance and Transaction Reporting is available on ANZ Transactive - Global.

Due to an issue in processing the New Zealand End of Day Balance and Transaction reporting, some customers may experience delays in receiving the Balance and Transaction Reporting for New Zealand domiciled NZD accounts in ANZ Fileactive. Technology teams are monitoring the progress and we will update you with expected delivery times.
The Australian domiciled AUD Balance and Transaction Reporting is fully operational.
