ANZ Institutional Digital Services Status Page provides up-to-date information about the operation of ANZ Institutional's systems and services for users of ANZ Transactive – Global, ANZ Fileactive, ANZ Cashactive and ANZ Transactive - Cash Asia.
Important Reminder - Where payments files have been impacted by today's incident, users will be able to view a "rejected" status for that specific file in the file import summary within ANZ Transactive Global. Should you require the payment to be processed please resubmit via ANZ Fileactive.
Payments created since the service has been restored at 13:40 AEDT are being processed as normal.

Monitoring -
Please be advised a fix has been deployed and the "pain.008" Direct Debit files are now successfully being loaded for processing in ANZ Transactive Global since 13:40 AEDT.
Where payments have failed prior to the fix (prior to 13:40 AEDT), customers are advised to resend the files via ANZ Fileactive.

Update -
Technology Teams are continuing to investigate the issue and have confirmed that only Direct Debit ISO files (Pain.008) are being impacted when uploaded from ANZ Fileactive to ANZ Transactive - Global. All other payment types are being processed as expected.

Incident Details We are currently investigating an issue impacting some payments within ANZ Transactive - Global. Users who have uploaded Direct Debit payment files via ANZ Fileactive will see files as being rejected within ANZ Transactive.
Technology teams are currently reviewing the issue and we will provide further updates as they become available.
