Update
We are continuing to experience intermittent payment processing delays and timeouts. Teams are monitoring and processing the backlog of transactions. Customers using API's may intermittently receive “504 errors” and will need to retrigger payments. We will continue to provide updates on the status.

We have identified an issue resulting in delayed payment processing in ANZ Cashactive Control. Customers may experience delays in updates to transaction reporting in ANZ Cashactive Control. This may also impact the transaction posting in other digital services, including ANZ Transactive - Global. Technology teams are investigating this issue.
