Planned maintenance for ANZ Fileactive on 20-21 April 2024 Apr 20, 2024 23:00 - Apr 21, 2024 02:00 AEST

Please be advised that we are undertaking planned maintenance to ANZ Fileactive services from 23:00 AEST Saturday 20 April 2024 until 02:00 AEST Sunday 21 April 2024. During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive APIs and Fileactive APIs will also be unavailable.

Investigating - Please be advised we have observed a connectivity issues with ANZ Fileactive, ANZ Cashactive and NPP Agency API services. GCIS are experiencing a full outage across customer facing API's, impacting the outward NPP payment processing, Inward NPP payments not impacted Fileactive host 2 host inward and outward flows are NOT impacted.

Technology are currently investigating the issue and we will provide further update as soon as practical.
