Please be advised that we are undertaking planned maintenance to ANZ Fileactive services from Sunday 03 March 2024 at 23:00 AEDT until Monday 04 March 2024 at 2:00 AEDT . During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive APIs and Fileactive APIs will also be unavailable.

The incident has been resolved and we are continuing to monitor the service stability. Users who had scheduled their reports during the outage window from 11AM to 3:30PM will not receive their automated reports. It is recommended that users run the reports manually via the report centre.
