Please be advised we are undertaking planned maintenance to the ANZ Cashactive Control, Cashactive Virtual, Cashactive VAM and Cashactive Control API applications in Australia and New Zealand from Friday 25 November 19:00 to Monday 28 November 00:00 Australia Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). During that period ANZ Cashactive Control, Virtual and VAM websites and Cashactive API's will be unavailable.

Please be advised we are undertaking planned maintenance to the ANZ Fileactive services between Saturday 26 November at 23:00 and Sunday 27 November at 02:00 Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Inward Osko Payments will be held and get processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions and Fileactive API's will also be unavailable. Please ensure you complete your banking activities prior to this outage.

Update - The issue with the Commercial Cards menu items and statement data has been resolved and customers can now perform activities on Commercial Cards. The Account Balance and Transaction Reporting data for 24 November 2022 is currently being retriggered to ANZ Transactive -Global.

A further update will be provided at 21:00 AEDT/ 22:30 NZDT.

Update - We have identified that some user's Account Balance and Transaction data for 24-25 November 2022 and Commercial Cards datais not available in ANZ Transactive - Global following the earlier login issues. Technology teams are working to update this data. Next Status Page update will be at approximately 18:30 AEDT/ 20:30 NZDT.

Update - We are continuing to monitor the performance of ANZ Transactive - Global. Users can successfully login to ANZ Transactive -Global however some users may not have access to some Account Balance and Transaction Data for the 24-25 November. We are working to resolve this as soon as practical. Please return to Status Page for further updates. The next update will be at approximately 16:30 AEDT/ 18:30 NZDT.

Update - Users are able to login to ANZ Transactive Global however there may be some delays in restoring some functions to the platform. We have observed visibility to Account balance and transactions may not be available immediately and Technology teams are continuing to monitor this as the service is progressively restored. We encourage you to try again in a short period of time and continue to view Status Page for regular updates. Our next update will be at 14:00 AEDT/ 16:00 NZDT.

Update -

We are still investigating the issue impacting login to ANZ Transactive - Global. The following services are currently not available: 


- ANZ Transactive - Global - users are unable to login to perform services, including reporting and payment processing 
- ANZ Transactive Mobile - users are unable to access the application 
- ANZ Fileactive - non-straight through processing users are unable to access ANZ Transactive - Global to approve payments.

Resolved - The incident is now resolved. Please note that new user activations, ADK activations and self-service token management tasks can now be completed on ANZ Transactive - Global. Password reset requests are advised to contact our ANZ Customer Service Centres for assistance.

Investigating -

We have identified an issue that is impacting the ANZ Transactive-Global self service function for Password resets and ANZ Digital Key (ADK) user activations. Users will experience an "Internal System Error" message for password resets and "Unable to proceed"  message for ADK activations. Please contact ANZ Customer Service Centres if you require assistance with any of the above requirements.

The current ANZ Fileactive Pretty Good Privacy "PGP" Key will expire at 23:59 Australian Eastern Daylight Time on 17 November 2022. Customers using the PGP Key will need to have the most current key or you will not receive a file acknowledgement from ANZ when sending files through ANZ Fileactive.


You can download the current PGP certificate from the ANZ Digital Services Online Resources and consult with your technical support to ensure the certificate is correctly updated.
