ANZ will be performing system maintenance on ANZ Fileactive services which will result in an outage.

During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive APIs and Fileactive APIs will also be unavailable.

Resolved - Please be advised following a review further work is required to enable authorisation of Asia & Pacific and Trade Finance Payments on ANZ Transactive Global.

Users are advised to authorise transactions from the ANZ Transactive Trade, Transactive APEA or Transactive Mobile applications.

The ANZ Transactive Trade and ANZ Transactive APEA applications can be accessed thru the Applications > Application Links menu.

Please be advised the payment authorisation incident impacting ANZ Transactive - APEA and Transactive - Trade Vasco token users on 15/10/2024 has been resolved.

We have observed an issue for ANZ Transactive - APEA and Transactive - Trade Vasco token users accessing banking directly via ANZ Transactive - Global and Transactive Mobile applications, impacting the ability to authorise and release payments, including Trade Finance payments. These users are advised to perform payment functions directly through the ANZ Transactive - APEA and Transactive Trade applications.

Technology teams are working on resolving the issue and further updates will be provided as soon as available.
