Update - We are continuing to investigate the issues. The processing on ANZ Fileactive and NPP services are currently flowing and the backlog of volumes impacted are being processed. Our technology teams are closely monitoring the situation.

The login issues are limited to ANZ Fileactive and Cashactive services and investigation is still underway.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue impacting across digital services. Customers are experiencing payment processing failures in ANZ Fileactive and Bank Appointor NPP services.

We have also observed that some users may be unable to login into ANZ Digital services, including ANZ Fileactive, Cashactive and Transactive - Global.

We will provide an update once technology has undertaken further investigations.

During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected and customers will have to re-send after the outage. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive APIs and Fileactive APIs will also be unavailable.
