During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions when accessing the Statement API (Prior Day Reporting). Requests to retrieve prior day statements may return a 404 error. If this occurs, customers are advised to retry their request after a short period, with services expected to resume once the maintenance activities have been completed.
