Change Details


ANZ will be undertaking a change to our systems that will impact the availability of a number of digital services. The following services will be impacted during the maintenance window.



  • ANZ Transactive - Global users will be unable to logon and perform any banking services during the maintenance window which will include payment processing and any other applications.

  • There may be degradation in Host-To-Host Non Straight Through Processing of payments from ANZ Fileactive and as a result there may be short delays with receipt of acknowledgement files.

  • Host-To-Host Straight Through Processing via ANZ Fileactive is unaffected by the maintenance.
