Change Details
ANZ will be undertaking a change to our systems that will impact the availability of ANZ Fileactive and ANZ Transactive - Global services.
During this period, Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting, will not be delivered during the outage window. Inward Osko Payments will be held and processed once all services are restored. Outward Payments will be rejected, and customers will have to re-send after the outage.
Also impacted during the outage will be ANZ Transactive - Global - Self Service functionalities such as New User Activation, Forgot Password, Change Password, Unblock Token & ADK Activation.
