Incident Details
We are currently investigating an incident impacting ANZ Transactive - Global. Australian and New Zealand Users are unable to obtain Dynamic FX Rates for cross currency payments initiated within ANZ Transactive - Global. The incident impacts the Get Rate function of ANZ Transactive - Global and the request will time out and users will then receive an error message.

The incident does not impact ANZ Transactive - Global users utilising pre-booked deals.
