Change Details

ANZ will be performing system maintenance on ANZ Fileactive services which will result in two outages.

The outage windows are:

  • Outage Window 1: 09:00 to 10:00 AEDT

  • Outage Window 2: 14:00 to 18:00 AEDT

During these outage windows, ANZ Fileactive will be down affecting payment processing and the delivery of the Intraday Balance and Transaction reporting. ANZ Payment Solutions, Cashactive APIs and Fileactive APIs will also be unavailable during the advertised outage windows.
