Incident Details
We are currently investigating an issue impacting the Scheduled Reports function in ANZ Transactive - Global and users registered to receive emailed scheduled reports are currently not receiving the reports.

As a workaround, users can access and extract their account reports directly via ANZ Transactive - Global. Users can follow the steps outlined on ANZ Digital Services Help Page - https://help.online.anz.com/hc/en-au/articles/360051771873-Operating-Account-Reports.
