Change Details

ANZ will be performing system maintenance on core system services, which will result in an outage.

During which following services will be impacted:

ANZ Transactive Global
ANZ Transactive - Global customer will be able to login. However, menu options such as Operating Account, Loans, Commercial Cards and Self-Service requests will not be available.

Real-time balance and transaction reporting, including intraday reporting will be unavailable. All payments including Osko will be warehoused and will be processed after the outage period.

ANZ Fileactive
ANZ Fileactive customers will experience delays in file processing and in receiving reply files. Real-time balance and transaction reporting will not be available.

Inward payments will continue to settle. However, funds will only be made available to customers after maintenance.
